This medal was chosen as the 34th issue of the prestigious Society of Medalists series. It measures 73mm in diameter and was produced by the Medallic Art Company. Its reported mintage is 1,182 pieces in bronze and 60 in silver.

As the prestressed industry grew in the early 1950s, it became apparent that a central organization was essential to provide a unity of purpose in the industry. PCI was legally chartered as the Prestressed Concrete Institute on June 18, 1954, in Tampa, Florida. In December 1959, PCI moved its headquarters from Florida to Chicago, where it is based today.

This design is very different from Menconi's usual work. It is almost abstract in its simplicity, whereas his normal style is very traditional. I like this medal a lot.

The oval medal measures 88.6mm x 60.2mm and was struck in bronze by the Medallic Art Company of New York.  No mintage is reported.

This is the first annual membership medal issued by the Medal Collectors of America.

The circular medal measures 63.6mm in diameter and was struck in silver and bronze. The mintage is reported as 37 pieces in bronze and 18 pieces in silver.

Gad was Jacob's seventh son, the first he had with Zilpah. Unlike his other brothers, Joseph didn't present Gad to the Pharaoh, since Joseph didn't want Gad to become one of Pharaoh's guards, an appointment that would have been likely had the Pharaoh realised that Gad had great strength. He personified the Israelite fighter:

"Men of might and men of war fit for battle, that could handle shield and buckler, whose faces were like the faces of lions..."

The circular medal measures 56.6mm in diameter and was struck in on copper-plated base metal. No mintage is reported.

This medal's obverse bears Sir Henry Moore's Reclining Figure sculpture.

The reverse shows view of Lincoln Center with court yard and fountain.

The Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts was built as part of Robert Moses' program of urban renewal in the 1950s and 1960s. Civic leaders led by John D. Rockefeller III contracted famous architects to design Lincoln Center and rejuvenate and reenrgize the previously blighted neighborhood around Lincoln Square. Today, Lincoln Center hosts the New York Philharmonic, the Metropolitan Opera, and the New York City Ballet and the neighborhood is one of New York City's cultural hubs.

The medal celebrates the 10th anniversary of the opening of the complex's first building, the David Geffen Hall, in 1962.
